Qualities in a Leader
Are you a good leader? A good leader is fair. A leader shows citizenship. A great leader has excellent leadership skills! Do you have all three? There are many characteristics of good leaders. Here are a few:
Leadership skills are important. Leadership includes being a hard worker, punctual, and organized. These traits can help for organizing meetings, making plans or doing projects. Being hard working and punctual can help you get tasks done. Organization prevents confusion!
Citizenship helps the community. Citizenship includes being cooperative, helpful and having patience. They work for helping the poor, planning festivals or entertainment, or making a club. Being helpful and patient can make your community, club etc. be a better place to be! Being cooperative can help stop fights and make teamwork!
Fairness is a very important skill for being a leader. Fairness means you are a problem solver; you follow rules and give equal priority to everyone. Fairness helps for sorting out a problem or making rules. Being a problem solver and following rules means you practice rules. If you give equal priority you are a good leader because instead of showing prejudice you are showing harmony!
Do you have leadership, citizenship, and fairness? If you do you are a good leader! If not, practice the skills mentioned previously. In no time at all you are an excellent leader!
